This site (dwksolutions.com)
The marketing site you’re on right now is a static HTML page hosted on Vercel. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, fingerprinting, or session recording.
Cookies: none from us. Vercel’s edge network may set technical cookies for caching/routing; those don’t identify you.
Fonts: served from Bunny Fonts, a privacy-respecting Google Fonts proxy. Bunny does not log IPs or set tracking cookies.
Newsletter form: currently a placeholder. Submitting it does nothing. When wired to an email provider, the chosen provider will be named here and your email will be stored only there.
Outreach (outreach.dwksolutions.com)
An internal sales-outreach tool. It is access-restricted to authorized email addresses only and is not a service offered to the public.
Cookies: two strictly-necessary authentication cookies (sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token) issued by Supabase Auth so signed-in sessions persist. No analytics or tracking cookies.
Recipients of email we send: when we send a cold email through Outreach, we record metadata about the message: subject line, body, send timestamp, opens, clicks, replies, bounces, and unsubscribe status. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer and an RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe header. We respect that signal immediately and permanently.
Tracking subdomain (t.dwksolutions.com): serves the open-pixel and link-redirect endpoints. When an email recipient opens the message or clicks a link, we log the user-agent, IP address, and timestamp to attribute opens/clicks. We do not share or sell this data.
Sub-processors
- Vercel: hosting and edge network for both sites.
- Supabase: Postgres database and authentication for the Outreach app.
- Resend: transactional + outbound email delivery.
- Bunny Fonts: web font hosting for the marketing site.
Your rights
If you received an email from us and want to be removed, click the unsubscribe link in the footer. You’ll be added to a permanent suppression list within seconds.
For any other request (access, correction, deletion), email don@dwksolutions.com and we’ll handle it manually.
